Returns & Refunds
Every piece is checked by hand before it ships. If something still goes wrong, here's exactly how returns work.
Three things every return needs — no exceptions
- 48 hours: raise your request within 48 hours of delivery, on WhatsApp.
- Unboxing video: one clear, uncut video that starts on the sealed, unopened package and shows the full opening. No video, no claim.
- Tags intact: the zip-tag on every bangle must be attached and undamaged. A removed tag means the item can't be returned.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Send us the unboxing video and photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours. Once approved, you choose:
- Free replacement — we make and ship a new piece at no cost, or
- Full refund — product price plus shipping, to the account you paid from, within 5–7 working days of approval.
Changed your mind?
- Request within 48 hours of delivery; ship the item back within 5 days of approval.
- Unworn, unused, all zip-tags intact, original packaging.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by you; no reverse pickup.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- After inspection, the product price is refunded within 5–7 working days.
Not eligible for return
- Custom-built stacks and personalised or engraved pieces
- Gift hampers and items bought on sale or with a promo code
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Removed, cut or damaged zip-tags, or any signs of wear
- Requests after 48 hours, or without the uncut unboxing video
Handmade means one of one
Small variations in grain, colour, texture and finish — and slight differences from photos due to screens and lighting — are the nature of handmade work, not defects.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation any time before dispatch (we usually ship within 2 days).
- Custom stacks and hampers can't be cancelled once we've started making them.
- Shipped orders can't be cancelled.
To raise a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details, the unboxing video, and photos of the issue. We reserve the right to decline requests that don't meet these conditions.
